Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zohoor! We value our customers’ orders and fully understand that sometimes a change of mind might occur regarding a purchase, hence why our policy is designed to help you make the best decision and enjoy the best shopping experience.

Zohoor complies with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s regulation governing the exchange and refund rights of consumers, with customers in Kuwait able to exchange or refund purchased items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

If you change your mind, or your item(s) is defective or damaged, you can return it to any Zohoor store in Kuwait within 14 days for an exchange or refund, making sure that the item(s) is unused, in the same condition as received, and accompanied with the original invoice.

At zohoor, we ensure our customers have a great and smooth shopping experience by offering them a clear and flexible policy based on the following terms and conditions.

• Customers can exchange goods within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items eligible for a return or exchange should be unopened, unused, in the same condition received in their original box and packaging, and accompanied with a valid invoice presented with the item.
• For promotional gift with purchase returns, the gift must be returned alongside the purchased items. 
• Items can be exchanged or refunded if they do not meet the product specifications, or if they have any defect or damage.
• Customers can exchange or refund items that have been purchased during a sale or promotional period if the above conditions are met.
• Where applicable, items will be refunded using the original method of payment used at the time of purchase or using any other payment method to be agreed upon. 

Kindly note if the item(s) do not meet the above terms and conditions, it will not be refunded.
